We choose Eastbourne as it was cheaper than Brighton(our team were playing Brighton) and we couldnt fault it. Rooms were spacious and superclean. Owners were friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb. Great choice of menu. Will definitely want to use this lovely guesthouse next season!

We stayed here over the August Bank Holiday weekend as part of a short motorcycle tour around Kent & Sussex. Andy and Linda are very warm and welcoming hosts.
