Sarah and Carl's Guesthouse is beautiful, well-run, clean with spacious rooms and a lovely Full-English breakfast in the morning. I can't recommend their place highly enough. Eastbourne is the unsung gem of British seaside resorts. Lovely location, handy parking, be aware there's no oven if you are intending to fully utilise the kitchenette.
