The Loriston is incredibly clean throughout...from the bedding to the en-suite it couldn't be faulted at all. The Loriston guest house is decorated to the highest standard with beautiful large comfortable rooms and if you want a great breakfast this is the place to stay. Gwyn and Patrick are lovely people who have many years experiance of looking after their guests, they keep this place spotless inside and out ! 10/10 from me ! more

If you are tempted to stay here, save yourself. We were sucked in by the rating and supposed smoke free title. The owners smoke and try to cover it up with great quantities of nauseating room spray. We just returned from a 3 night break at the Loriston Guesthouse in Eastbourne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future. There were a few hiccups when we got there but the host sorted it out straight away. The hotel is beautiful, kept clean to the highest standard.
