I found the Sea Breeze a couple of years ago and always stay there when visiting Eastbourne.It is situated just off the sea-front and within easy access to central Eastbourne (about 5 mins walk max). A lot of the local points of interest are very close by too (the Pier and Redoubt Fort for example).You are always made very welcome and feel 'at ease' straight away.The comfortable rooms are kept extremely clean and tidy and there are no restrictions to when you come and go so its perfect for an early night for the tired traveller or for a night on the town for the more adventurous ! Breakfast is frehly cooked and plentiful so you may not need to stop for lunch ! Katie and Richard are very much 'Hands-on' hoteliers and show a genuine interest in the guests and will try their best to help you with any enquiry you may have.
