I read some of the silly reports online about dirt and poor service..Get some new spectacles. We, my husband and I travelled with a party from the midlands. The welcome was warm service good..everyone seemed pleased to help. My husband has to have a specified diet for his health..we requested Bananas for breakfast and Yoghurts and these were provided..Had I... more

Good Hotel,Meals were good but vegetables all came from packets. Was surprised on wednesday told no veg other than peas and chips The biggist let down was the service at meal times, 20 -40 minutes between courses the staff were very nice but there seemed to be a problem with the kitchen We would go again hoping things were sorted. more

Came with a Club Group, all says they enjoyed it. Food was great and plentiful, Accomodation was brilliant., Nothing was to much for the staff. Have been going therte for at least 3 years now, and no problems. Am going again this year with our Group for Turkey and Tinsel and again in February 2010. Will keep you informed if... more

I paid £72 to stay one night at this hotel, it was absolutely awful. If you have any option do not stay here. The room was tatty, the bed was awful too soft. There were no basics you would expect even in a 2 star hotel such as this, ie. a fitting for the shower on the wall. One bar... more

This hotel was 2 star AA rated however the room was dirty with hair in the sink plughole ,dead flys in the bathroom light fitting , the ceiling light rose was hanging off, pillows and mattress were stained .We were on a bus tour but this should not be an excuse for what was poor accomodation . The food was... more

Stayed at the hotel during the Eastbourne Ladies tennis week and thoroughly enjoyed everything! The hotel was very close to the courts, making the whole experience super easy. The room was spacious and comfy, food and service was top notch, and the waitress was pretty cute too :). No faults at all. Have already made a booking for next year... more

If you are looking for excellent service from staff that care, then this is the hotel to go to - they couldn't do enough for us. The food was great and plentiful. The serving staff were cheerful, friendly and efficient. The games room was perfect for the kids (that includes me). I cannot commend them enough about the service. What... more

The most awful hotel I've ever stayed in. The food reminded me of school dinners 20 years ago. Everything comes out of a packet! One hour slot to eat the evening meal. Should you stay sitting at the table later than 8 pm then you will hear the rude manager making loud remarks. Untrained waiting on staff. Hotel cutting corners... more
