I went to Eastbourne for a getaway weekend with a couple of girlfriends and we chose to stay at the Brayscroft Hotel. All the rooms are lovely - very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a real attention to detail (the bathrooms were a highlight, in particular one room that has a traditional roll top bath once used by Virginia Woolf!).... more
