very friendly and clean. close to all amenities. located behind the main shopping street. no noise heard from room. reasonably priced and a lovely cooked breakfast. would definitely return in the future. you were made to feel very welcome.

Just returned from our 4th visit this year .This is a great B&B always a warm welcome from Dulce nothing is to much trouble plus the most fabulous breakfast.Once again another lovely stay and looking forward to our next booking.

Booked the Hawarden Villa for our staff who were working on a contract in Llandudno. Spent a bit of time researching somewhere reasonably priced and homely and luckily found the Hawarden Villa. What a great little B&B. Have stayed here many times now and have had faultless service. The lady owner will bend over backwards to help you, from re arranging vehicle parking to helping with bags. Great rate for an excellent service. The Breakfasts will keep you going all day. Would recommend for family or individuals.
