We stayed here recently . Friendly welcome , very clean , great location for shops/ pubs /restaurants/etc. Parking was no problem . Definately recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in Llandudno. more
From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are welcomed with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. Chris & Chris were excellent hosts the standard of the accommodation was first class , we have never stayed somewhere so clean and the food was fantastic nothing was too much trouble, will definately be returning, and so will all our friends when we tell them how good our stay was. more

We have just returned from the Elpiniki Guest House after a 2 night stay. Chris and Chris are very welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, they made us feel very welcome and very comfortable during our stay. This guesthouse far exceeded all our expectations, we have stayed in many guesthouses and this one is the best by far - so much so we have stayed here more than once and are planning to do so again in the future.
