We stayed one night because we were going to the theatre. We were welcomed with a drink and chocolate in the lounge on arrival. Bedroom very clean and nicely furnished friendly happy hotel. Breakfast excellent we will return

Lovely greeting, a much needed cup of tea was served to us outside in the sunshine. The bedroom was lovely, beautifully clean and had lots of nice touches such as chocolate left on the bed! Would definitely recommend the Carmen, excellent value for money.

We stayed at The Carmen for the Easter holidays and the house in nicely located on a quiet street with good parking. The rooms were spotless clean and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you, we will come again!

Excellent accomodation and excellent value for money. Stayed for two nights really liked the welcome cup of tea on a very cold day, Stayed in the roman room which was very clean and well maintained. Trish and steve are excellent hosts, will book again when in llandudno.

This is an outstanding B&B of very high quality. The bed was comfortable, food was excellent, everywhere clean and well maintained with warm and friendly atmosphere. It was handy for theatre, retail park and walking. Parking was no problem and it was the small details which made The Carmen stand out from the rest. Hope to visit again soon. Faultless.
