One of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in and I've stayed in a few.The rooms were very clean as expected. The Premier Inn was at the far end of the sea front but a 20 minute walk ( or taxi £5 ) along the sea front and your where the resturants and bars are. The staff I found were... more

I have stayed in a few Premier Inns and this is one of the best, small only 20 rooms, but it really is clean, modern, all the staff where very friendly. Great views, breakfast fantastic as it always is in the premier inn. Highly Recommended for a cheap break, I think here you get luxury on a budget. We had... more

I am a wheelchair user so decided on Premier Inn as the standard seems to be pretty regular. Prior to arrival I had omitted to book a 'disabled' room, I rang the Hotel on the night before arrival and spoke to David (Receptionist) who assured me that if i could not manage the stairs to the 1st floor he could... more

My family and I stayed here once before, and had a great time and decided to go again to celebrate one of the kid's birthday. Last time we were there in july I think, we were greated and treated so well that we felt almost like the royal family. Everyone was so curteous and pleasand, especially Dafydd on the reception... more

Never stayed at a Premier Inn before but after all the advertising on TV thought i would give it a try, and went to Wales for a two day break using Llandudno as a base. Cannot fault this Premier Inn in any way the staff were very helpful and efficient, the room was quite large, with a great bathroom +... more

Stayed here for three nights with my partner. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, amazing shower, one really couldn't ask for more... HOWEVER, do not eat in the adjoining Brewes Fayre Restaurant, it really lets the hotel down...waited 45 minutes for a tuna sandwich when it finally arrived the bread was stale. The food... more

We arrived at 11.30 - too early for our room to be ready - so went for a meal at the Craigside Inn attatched to hotel. Food was hot and very nice. Meal deal on was two adult meals for £9 so good value too. We went to the Inn for a snack on second day and waited 40 minutes... more

If you like a room with a view of a wall and trees then this is the hotel for you. If you love to sleep to a drone of a motor placed outside your room then this is the hotel for you. If you like to wait over an hour for your food and get your main meal BEFORE the... more

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night en route to South Wales and only booked the day before we were due to arrive. The hotel is in a lovely location about 15 mins walk to the town centre. It has a Brewers Fayre pub attached and has great views overlooking the sea. We arrived mid afternoon and were checked... more

We're on a pretty tight budget so had booked online expecting the normal clean, comfortable and convenient amenities we usually get at Premier Inn - but usually it's in a fairly new build stuck in an industrial estate or just off a very busy highway. Generally adequate as we spend the day out exploring anyway, but not inspiring in and... more
