Very well presented Guest House lovely and clean. Well located for all amenities in Llandudno. Breakfast excellent choice and tasty. Only suggestion breakfast time slot should be a bit longer until 9.30am.

Booked through Wolsey Lodges as this B & B has just become registered with this organisation. Have stayed in many Wolsey Lodges which guarantee a very high standard of accommodation. We were not disappointed with our choice in Llandudno. Very friendly host who could not do enough for us. We had selected to take an evening meal, the menu for... More

Fantastic stay in beautiful Victorian guest house. Sue's hospitality is second to none and her home cooked food is superb. Reasonably sized room which was spotlessly clean. We will definitely return next time we want a quiet peaceful break. Thank you Sue. W.e stayed here the last weekend in August 2012

We only stayed one night but this is a really lovely B and B. We were greeted by the lovely Sue and offered a drink while we waited for our room then we we able to check in early anyway. The room wasnt the biggest we've stayed in but it was nicely decorated, clean and cosy with a comfy bed.... More

Considering the room cost £85 and was 5*, we were really disappointed. The room was the smallest room ive ever stayed in, none of the furniture matched, one of the reading lamps didnt work and the TV was the smallest ive ever seen. The milk for the coffee/tea was provided in a flask, which was a nice touch, however, it... More

Arrived on the Saturday, at 2pm. received a lovely welcome from sue. we ate welsh cakes & drank tea while we discussed our evening meal choices. nb beware about not booking direct, we booked on different website, they didn't inform sue of all details, a little confusing, but sue sorted it out. A little disappointed with the size of the... More

Just spent a weekend here and we all had a great time. Sue is a lovely host and made us very welcome on arrival offering us tea and welsh cakes which we gratefully accepted. We were off to the Theatre in the evening and the Guest House is just a nice gently stroll from there. The breakfast was lovely and... More

The purpose of our stay in Llandudno was a visit to the Theatre and our stay at Fourteen was therefore very short as we arrived at 6.45pm on a Friday night after a busy week for us both at work. Nonetheless our welcome from Sue and her staff was very warm. Our en-suite room was spotless and had everything we... More
