Returned for a four day break at the end of April 2009 - first class in every way. Hotel food was as fantastic as ever, the room (executive double sea view) was large, spotless and warm. Really enjoyed the leisure facilities, pool, sauna, steam room etc. Staff were helpful and the whole experiance enjoyable. Looking forward to a return visit... more

We spent a pleasant weekend at this hotel in March and were impressed most of all by the level of customer service. Every single member of staff we met, whether passing in a corridor, serving in the restaurant or working on reception could not have been more obliging and helpful. This made the stay relaxing and we felt as if... more

The first thing that struck us on entering the Imperial is how much like an old peoples home it smells - and indeed the whole place does have a slight feel of God's waiting room. Our room was fine, at the side of the building but with a bit of a view of the sea. The room itself was big... more

We've stayed in this hotel 4/5 times over the years and love using it as a base to get around North Wales. The room was very spacious wih a decent bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfasts are always excellent and much better than your standard help yourself buffet. We ate out each night and whilst throughly enjoyed drinks on the... more

Contacted the Hotel a few days before arrival, negotiated a sea view room with my family of four (children are 16 and 20, both girls, so they count as adults now), room 307 - 2 rooms with an adjoining door with one bathroom to share - for 200 pounds. Arrived Friday 2nd January, after the parties and festivities, so guaranteed... more

We stayed at the Hotel on a Saturday night in December which was a bad mistake on our part. We were there for a romantic getaway but the hotel was full to the rafters of party goers, 400 in total! This meant that there were crowds of people hanging around outisde both sets of doors smoking. There are tables and... more

This hotel was in a great location - a few minutes walk from the station (we decided the parking situation would be too difficult - there are only a few spaces and you have to pay) and overlooking the bay. There was a slight error on checking in (we had booked a room with a balcony over the phone) but... more

My family and I stayed at the Imperial on Saturday 13th of September 2008 as we were attending a Wedding in Wales. We had a vast choice of accommodation at Llandudno but we chose the imperial as the booking officer promoted the lovely pool and the fact we could use it on the Sunday after we had booked out. Our... more
