It was my first time staying at the risboro hotel in june, i went with my husband and my young daughter who is only 8 years old. When we entered the hotel the staff on reception were lovely. Just returned from our 2nd stay and will be back. Staff resolved small problems that we had with the room as soon as we mentioned it too them,service could't have been quicker if we had done it ourselves. Just the best value for money you could want.Swimming pool is excellent. Couldn't wish for more friendly and helpful staff. more
