What a fabulous mini break. Our first visit but definitely not our last. Superb food. The most comfortable of beds, spotlessly clean, location to all amenities and the friendliest of hosts who would go that 'extra' mile to ensure their guests enjoyed their stay. Lovely, family-run guest house. Room well fitted, comfortable and spotlessly clean. In a nice street, very close to the promenade. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. Everything was very clean. Excellent B&B, location super, very handy to beach, shops, cable cars, tram, park. breakfast was first class. Rooms very comfortable, comfortable bed and pillows with free wifi. Very pleasant stay indeed and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Llandudno. Thank you.

Cannot think of a better location in the town than this place. It is literally two mins walk from both sea front and shops, and just 5 mins walk to the Tram that takes you up The Gt Orme.
