At the last minute one weekend we decided to have a little getaway and landed in Llandudno. We wandered along the promenade to try and find a guest house for the night. There were plenty of guest houses with vacancies but we decided to stay at the Swn-Y-Mor. Jean and Ron (owners) were very warm, helpful and friendly. The accommodation... more

I booked this place at short notice when travelling with work. I remembered that Swn-y-Mor was for a long time the top ranked establishment in Llandudno on the Tripadvisor ratings, which is why I picked it, without really doing much more research. I must admit that I am now surprised that it has scored so highly in reviews. The owners... more

We are just back from a fantastic weekend at the Swn-y-moor this must be our 5th visit after finding this gem on Trip Adviser. I have traveled a lot with my job and regularly stay at the big chain hotels, and have had many pricey disappointments in my time, I have found that lots of stars do not always mean... more

This is a good value B&B located right on the sea front. I have to give the owners 10/10 for friendliness and the location is good for the views, walks and getting into town. The rooms are a little bit dated but compared to others in this price bracket in Llandudno it is miles better and I would stay here... more

I stayed at this property as a result of the reviews on Trip Advisor. Having monitored reviews since my stay I feel compelled to comment as the common theme seems to be nothing but positive. My family and I have stayed at numerous properties in Llandudno and I feel that I am qualified to say that this property is DEFINITELY... more

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, the rooms are spacious with spectacular seaviews. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, Jean and Ron, and they served a lovely full english breakfast, as much as you want. Parking behind the hotel was easy and adequate. Lovely friendly evening bar, we could... more

I read all the amazing reviews and decided to stay here. A very below average B&B. Tacky decor, Dribble of water from the shower, Carpet from Bedroom runs into the bathroom. House smelt of Shake N Vac, so strongly that we headaches after 10 minutes. Very Dated everything. Breakfast very bad, Tinned Tomato and tinned mushrooms - Why bother !!... more

My wife and I stayed at the Swn-Y-Mor for two nights and couldn't have had a better time. We've been to a LOT of European hotels and B&Bs, and I don't think we've ever found a better value. Where else in the UK can you find an oceanfront room for GBP 70/night. The place is immaculate and the owners are... more

I booked to stay at this hotel for just the 1 night. The hotel is very clean, which is important to me, and I assume most other visitors. I agree totally with most of the other reviews in that it is a very friendly, family run hotel which offers a very warm welcome. The location is excellent on the promenade.... more
