Helpful and friendly staff in the hotel, love clean room and all as described and great value for money. Breakfast was good however the staff member that served us at breakfast didn't seem as helpful as the rest. Evening meal was excellent value for money. more

We had a meal which was inedible - cold-under cooked - very poor standard. On our complaint the manager did refund our money but his customer service attitude was VERY poor - we were not the only people to complain as i was aware of at least enother two tables were unhappy with the food and service. more

Stayed in one of the disabled rooms in the original block of rooms. Clean room and friendly staff. No problems with wheelchair access and bathroom had accessible bath and low sink. I was surprised how good it was, clean, smartly decorated, large room, very quiet, secure. Splendid outlook above the bay and over to Gt Orme, very good breakfast, ok if you add it up its not that much of a budget but Premier are moving ever upwards and if you have a bad night you get a refund, no need... more

Stayed at the PremierI Inn just off the A 55 junction with A470 llandudno saturaday 8th nov 2009. . Stayed overnight to see the final show SHOUT at the North Wales theatre. THe room was 100% the breakfast and evening meal served next to the inn at Brewers Fayre was 100%. The inn is only 5mins away from the seafront... more

Stayed one night whilst visiting Llandudno on a leisure basis. Were in the new block which was very good. Especially liked the security where the room key had to be used to enter the building. Everything was clean and efficient as was the check in staff and process. Didn't use the restaurant or pub so cannot comment on the food.... more

Helpful friendly amusing staff,clean comfortable room/bed,fantastic relaxing views .Not far from rail station less than £3 fare. really enjoyed short brek and will be returning more
