A stay in Boscombe House with Anne as your hostess, is the most wonderful experience! As GVPS girl mentioned, Anne treated us four 'girlies' as if we were her own family and welcomed us into her home with such warmth, we felt like we'd known her for years! Anne provided us with fabulous company, fantastic food (her breakfasts and cakes/... More

At the end of a wonderful but very tiring trip, our stay with Anne at Boscombe House was just what our group of four "girlies" needed - delicious food, comfortable and charming rooms, pots of tea and fine china cups, even a teddy bear on each of the beds. The real drawcard is Anne, who welcomed us and then just... More

Second visit to Boscombe House, this time accompanied by my daughter and two grandsons. Anne met us from the train, drove us home to tea and her signature Victoria Sponge( jubilation for the boys) then took us half-way up the Great Orme so that we could take fullest advantage of the first day. Breakfast was wonderful, bedrooms spotless and comfortable... More

Boscombe House is by far the best B&B we've ever experienced, from the wonderful welcome with tea and cakes, to all the extra little touches such as the drink waiting on the bedside table at night. The beautiful room was even better than we had hoped for, lovely and spacious and a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best ever,... More

On arrival, was greeted by Anne, the friendliest hotelier that you will ever meet, and homemade cake and tea. She would do anything for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She offered to give us a lift into town, which we declined as we needed to walk off the cake!! Breakfast was to die for. You name... More

My recent stay at Boscombe House proved to be an exceptional experience. The warmth of welcome on arrival and throughout my stay; the truly fabulous breakfasts and the glass of 'something warming' on the bedside table every night; all of this made for a memorable week. I was in Llandudno on business but my stay here made it feel much... More

On the spur of the moment we decided to visit Llandudno and stay over, not realising that is was Extravaganza Weekend! On arrival we realised that accomodation would be difficult so went straight to Tourist Information for help who offered a hotel which was relatively expensive and a B & B which was quite reasonable which we thankfully accepted. On... More

We spent two nights with Ann and were sorry to leave. It was like leaving home! We arrived late one afternoon to be find her waiting by the window to be sure we had a parking place in front of the house. Then she offered us freshly backed lemon cake and tea and drove us into town for our dinner... More

Actually we stayed with Anne in 2005 and have remained great friends ever since. Her hospitality is beyone anything we expected. Every night when we returned from sightseeing Anne was waiting with a cuppa to hear all about our day. She is a fabulous cook and the best breakfast anywhere. We miss Anne and Boscombe House and hope to return... More
