We have just returned from a lovely 3 night break to celebrate my wife's birthday.We found the Hotel and location to be very good indeed. Had a wonderfull time at Elms hotel! Was made to feel so so welcome by the owners. Breakfast was fantastic, so was the rooms, view, location and the "honesty" bar! would definatly go again and recomend to others. more

We stayed for one night and we could not have been made to feel more welcome, the owners always have a smile and the hotel is a lovely place. We were very impressed with the 'honesty' bar, and the rooms were very well equpped, very clean and very quaint. Recommended!! Excellent breakfast too! more

We have just come home after a perfect stay at the Elms hotel, I am half german and my standards are very very high, I enjoy cleanliness and good service and would object most strongley if I felt that I was not getting this service and standard. Our four daystay at Llandudno,blessed with beautiful weather,was enhanced further by the facilitiesat the Elms Hotel.Our stay in the executive suite, the wonderful breakfasts,plus the hospitality of proprieters Lorraine and Colin.We hope to return in the not to distance future.
