Just returned from a short break at the can y bae. The hospitality shown to us was second to non. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere which is just what we were looking for. The hotel is in a wonderful location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent both the wonderful extensive breakfast choice and the superb evening meal .... more

We have just returned from an excellent weekend staying at the Can-y-Bae, and it’s hard to find more superlatives to those already written, we can only concur with the praise of those who have written before. Even before we got there the help we got off David and Michel was great. Nothing was too much trouble even at the booking... more

Just returned from a six night stay. Without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Great hospitality from Michael and Dave whose attention to detail was particularly noticeable, especially in the rooms which were spotlessy clean. It's in a great location on the centre of Llandudno's promenade with easy access to the shops, amenities and entertainment. The... more

Our brief 2-night stay at the Can-Y-Bae was a thoroughly enjoyable one. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome by both Dave and Michael and I am delighted to say that that didn't change throughout our stay. Both hosts were always more than helpful when giving information and do their business proud. The whole hotel is clean with a... more

We were very happy we took TAs advice about Can-y-bae. What a delightful hotel with Michael and David being the most attentive, informed , helpful and likeable hosts. What with superb sea views, great breakfasts, lovely bedrooms and an overall cleaniness, this is possibly one of the finest hotels, large or small, we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Can-y-Bae is exactly what you'd expect from a b&b on a promanade in North Wales. The building itself is one of many along the horseshoe shaped seaside road, but I suspect that the hospitality to be found inside Can-y-Bae knocks spots off the comptetion! From the moment we walked through the doors Michael couldn't have been more helpful. He even... more

My wife & I spent our wedding anniversary weekend at the Can Y Bae. I stayed here on a business trip in May. Michael & Dave made our trip very special. They never fail to deliver. My wife was really impressed with everything, the room, service and the food. We went to the theater and thoroughly enjoyed the show. This... more

Booked last minute yesterday after returning from London watching Everton in the cup final. We stayed in room 34 which had a wonderful sea view and was immaculate. The hotel was tastefully decorated with a personal touch which made you feel at home. We had a lovely evening meal, which included many items that had been sourced locally including the... more
