Having visited Llandudno at this time of year for the past 6 years, I have now found a the perfect place to stay. Everything was first class throughout my stay, I shall certainly be making this my base for all future visits. more
we stayed at this excellent b&b just for a weekend and everything was 1st class the room was very tastefully decorated with fantastic sea views the breakfast was second to none it certainly set you up for the day my husband and i would recomend this b&b to all more
We (father and daughter) had a very pleasant stay (5 days) at the Promenad. The owners, Haydn and Vanessa, made us feel very welcome. We had the best scrambled eggs ever for breakfast (made by Haydn) and loved the locally produced yoghurt! more
Great location, clean and a higher standard than we expected , good food and lots of local information available in the entrance. Only bad point was the radio station in the breakfast room- but then we all have different tastes. Great stay. more

Just to let people know that we were refused permission to take my wifes hearing dog to this establishment. They offered to book us in next door, but I declined this offer. It is against the law to refuse admission to support dogs, so I am taking this further. more
This was a genuine misunderstanding which we tried to resolve. Rest assured that assistant dogs are welcome at Promenad.

I booked a 4 day break last year for my Mother and Daughter as they love llandudno. Haydn and Vanessa were perfect hostes and the hotel is spotless. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The rooms were excellent, clean and well furnished with new furniture. The breakfast was also excellent and of a high standard that was cooked to order using good quality ingredients, the toast was the best I have had in a Hotel ever, what is your secret????. more
