Unfriendley atmosphere together with no welcome on arrival. Entertainment was late on starting and far too loud for people going to bed. Food abysmal. Hotel decor and furnishings very dated and worn. Myself and Granddaughter were very disappointed with this Hotel and it should be taken off the Welsh Web Tourist list. Mrs. A. Gallagher Manchester more

me and my father stayed in the loretta back in november and i must say how very enjoyable it was.the hotel was very clean and it was very warm there.we both had single rooms with 2 beds in each so we had a choicewhich bed to sleep in.the food was very good and the staff were very helpful.we were situated... more
