I have staid in the best hotels all around the world but I can honestly say that the service food accomadation was the best ihave ever had, the place was spotless clean the lounge area had every cd and dvd you could imagine, it felt like home from home and the welcome was like going to one of your familys... more
This B&B is pretty unique. We were welcomed like guests not customers and Chris and Elisabeth were incredibly hospitable. The room was furnished with period furniture and was imaculatley clean. Comfortable bed and excellent ensuite with a "proper" shower/bath. It was a little hard to find in the village of Witnesham but directions given were excellent. The Moon and Mushroom... more
Upon our arrival we were greeted by our charming hosts Elizabeth and Chris. Our ensuite room was large, comfortable, clean and well furnished, Elizabeth and Chris were our local tourist guides, furnishing us with advice on places to visit and dine. Excellent home made food served in a glorious 15th century house run by the most friendliest couple one would wish to meet, nothing is to much trouble. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday location look no further. n.b. book early in the high season as this guest house gets a lot of repeat visitors. more
