I have never stayed in a hotel that is such a dump. Toilet still dirty from last guest, manager very off. Would not reccommend to anyone more

Very dissapointed with this "hotel",its more like a dss hostel! The room was dirty,smelly and the beds were rank! Dont think you are saving money booking in here as you will be very dissapointed i promise you! more

A good hotel, very near the center of Ipswich (you can walk). Friendly owners who will try to help you. Excellent breakfast (English) with more you can eat. more

Heating didn't work, shower intermittant, dirty & customer service was non existant. Wouldn't go back again if you paid me!! more

I wouldn't recommend staying here!!! The rooms are terrible and look like they haven't been cleaned for years! Also, the staff are not very hospitable. There are so many much nicer places to stay in Ipswich for a similar price. more
