Booked to stay here after reading the reviews posted, we were given room 1 which was spacious and very very comfortable. Stayed here over a 3 week period whilst working in Letchworth, and found it to be as good as the reviews claimed! Reception were friendly and helpful, and the rooms very comfortable, with the great advantage of having your own little kitchen, complete with welcome pack! Would highly recommend, wish there were more little gems like this!

I have been staying here for the last 5 days and would recommend this place to stay for anyone. Very helpful , clean , well presented , overall a very pleasing stay at a time when i needed to get away. I would gladly return there if needed to. Thanks from Paul.

Absolutely lovely people, couldn't be more courteous. Family orientated, can't fault this charming hotel. Don't bother with the large chain hotels, come here, you will not be disappointed. Well done to them, keep up the good work.

Fabulous hotel,extremely clean and the staff so welcoming and friendly. It was our wedding day and they all went out of their way to make the day extra special, and offering and helping out getting our guests to and from the various venues. All facilities are above average. A wonderful stay.

This accommodation was just perfect for me. I was staying here on leisure but I stay away a lot with work and being a young woman this accommodation would be perfect. The room was huge. My expectation for premises calling itself a hotel would be for something with some basic recreational facility - bar, restaurant, room service.
