The property is lovely with a real home feel to it. Very comfortable and made every effort to make sure I was warm (it was rather cold outside). Lots of options for breakfast and very helpful if you need advise about travel in and around the area.

We only stayed one night en route to Jersey via the ferry but we experienced accommodating landlady and a first class guest house room. The weather was cold but the room was warm, the heating was put on early, about 4am to assist us as we needed to be away by 6pm. Without this the room would have been cold.... More

We received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and offered free wi-if and free view tv. The full English breakfast set us up nicely for the day ahead. Run by a charming couple too.

We stayed here last year and this second visit came up to the same high standard. A lovely atmosphere and nothing too much trouble from the hosts. One of the best we have stayed in. Very handy bus service to Christchurch, Bournemouth, Swanage etc.
