I wasn't originally booked in to the Arndale Court Hotel, but I'm glad I ended up here because the Thistle Hotel had overbooked me. Just as well the Thistle was horrible and by far the worst on the Quay front. Anyway I went to the Arndale Court Hotel because it was late and it couldn't have been better. Chap at... more

Pleasant staff, good location, lots of free parking. Only ate breakfast here, plenty of good quality food, friendly restaurant staff. Not a lot of atmosphere in the hotel but very good rate, including breakfast. Most other hotels listed in Poole charge extra for breakfast. more

This hotel is ok for a night stop over in Poole, the rates being reasonable, but it's certainly not a destination hotel, think more a "travel-lodge". Outside it's a tidy and well kept building, inside it's much more dated. Our room was large, clean and tidy, but dated, bathroom was similar. Plenty of car parking around the back of the... more

This hotel doesn't know if it's an hotel, a B & B or a Trevelodge. I can't fault it for (if entirely impersonal) cleanliness, but that's the only thing going for it. If it was a B&B then I'd expect an effusive welcome and a wonderful breakfast with locally sourced sausages and wonderful bacon and eggs - the service from... more

On arrival, we we`re greeted by an extremely helpful receptionist called Glyn. The room was very clean and of a very high standard for a 3 star. We ate breakfast & dinner and the food would not have been out of place in a 5 star hotel, it was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Well done... more

Nice looking place with friendly staff, mini bar etc etc. All should be okay. I don't expect wi-fi in a place like this but a little heat would be nice. Arrived mid afternoon and after playing with the radiator for ten mins decided to leave it a while and see if the heat would come on. After going out for... more
