Excellent facilities for children - own dining room, play area and resident entertainment (half term week) Only grouse was limited selection (from 3 items) from menu in main restaurant, and that the brasserie restaurant was closed whilst we were there. When I read reviews on here I often think people are overly critical, so I'll frame this review with that information - I'm quite prepared to take the rough with the smooth and don't expect perfection......however..... My husband booked us a double room on-line directly with the hotel for my birthday. The room description specified that we would either have a view of the sea and Sandbanks blue flag beach or of Poole Harbour.
