Car park inadequate, Room smelt of raw sewage, Single room turned into double limited storage, No remote control for TV, Bed sunken in middle new mattress needed, Linen old and grubby, Pillows flattened, Food in restaurant very poor and very expensive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE!! more

Stayed one night on business - rooms were far too hot even with windows open, and sleeping very uncomfortable. Service at breakfast very poor, food served in unappetising fashion, guests served by order of who shouted first, no order to waitressing. Not worth the cost. more

The Corner House is very convenient for the town centre and has it's own car park. My room was small but spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. This is seriously a contender for one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was so cold that I now have the flu today. The room was tiny. The hotel was nice enough, especially the spacious room and although my stay was business and I didn't pay, it seems good value for money. The problem came on the last day when i was going home, I realise the exit was extermely narrow and due to the positioning of a car near the exit I couldn't fit my car... more
