Staff were very attentive, food was excellent. Rooms were to a very high standard. Booked through Secret Escapes and had a 53% discount which made the trip even better. Bed was massive with lovely thick crisp sheets. This is a top notch hotel.

Hotel is in a lovely location, rooms are well appointed and beds are really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was a little unreliable/slow but just a minor irritation. I see there are a number of comments about the food/restaurant but as I didn't eat here I can't add anything.

Standing in a wonderful position overlooking Taunton in the near distance. Very comfortable and welcoming and priced accordingly. Restaurant extremely good, attentive staff and mouthwatering food (nouvelle cuisine portion sizes), unhurried with discreet service. Very good breakfast.
