Exactely what my son and I wanted.... a nice friendly b&b. Ana and John were most welcoming and made us feel right at home. The guesthouse was spotless and breakfasts superb! We will not go any where else for future trips to Skegness. more

We would highly recommend Maple Lodge. We were made very welcome from the moment we walked in. The room was lovely exceptionally clean and the breakfast was spot on. After a very brief and traumatic camping experience on the Friday evening...myself and my partner found ourselves on the door step of Maple Lodge praying that we wouldnt see another dog, spider or daddy long legs! met at the door with a welcomed cuppa by 2 friendly and helpful hosts. nothing is too much trouble for them, homely and relaxing lounge after busy day. great for access to both shops/beach and Embassy theatre. 5* - can't improve on that. more

We have just returned from a two night stay at Maple Lodge, Ana and John are excellent hosts they made us feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast was lovely. this was very nice place to stay great freindly couple who run place near beach 5 min walk near train station shops town to we loved our stay they whent out of there way to make you feel welcome it is no smoking in rooms or hotel but for us smokers they do have bench in garden area out front... more
