My wife and i recently stayed at the Lyndsey Guest House with my 13 year old son for the second year running and to be quite honest i wouldn't stop anywhere else , Linda , alan and georgina give a very friendly welcome and nothing is to much trouble for them. The rooms are first class and they are serviced... more

Me and my young son stayed here for a weekend in June 2009. As I came by train they kindly offered to pick me up from the station, the house is on a quiet, leafy street just a short walk away from the sea front, it's spacious and clean and very homely. Our room at the top of the house... more

Very welcoming. Within walking distance of all attractions and the town centre. You will be set up for the day after eating a delicious full english breakfast. We didn't need to eat again until the evening. Wonderful hosts and a lovely daughter. more
