Stayed here Saturday night whilst visiting friends in Skegness, it was our first time in Skeggy and the weather was great! Found this place to be very clean throughout, the owners where really friendly, the rooms are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with all the faciltiies you need in a guest house. Everything we needed was catered for, always with a smile. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed whilst in Skegness. Neil & Christine were ever so friendly. Our room was superb: it had everything we needed and more. Couldn't have been better- this made our holiday! Thankyou, Lazydays! more

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Lazydays guest house recently and I have only just returned home from Skegness and would like to register my utmost satisfaction with our accomodation. The owners were friendly when we booked our stay, and when we got there we were greeted warmly. Our room was very cosy and was perfect, even including TV... more

Contacted to book 3 rooms for conference in September, tried others, but everywhere booked. Recommended this guesthouse (not our normal type of venue). 'Gentlemen' answered phone complained of having to run the whole legthn of house to answer phone and slammed the phone down. Genuine booking required - would not recommend. Is this how he normally greets new prospective guests?... more
