From arriving to leaving the Manager was top notch asking if we were ok, rooms etc, staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy, bar prices very reasonable. Putting a ramp over a few steps (AT A VERY STEEP ANGLE) DOES NOT make A DISABLED / WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY HOTEL ! stayed at this hotel for 2 nights was the best hotel i've stayed in for ages. The manager ross was really nice. The staff were really nice too. The breakfast was lovely could not fault this hotel apart from the pub across the road. apart from that nothing wrong this hotel. more
