Staff very helpful and friendly. Food very nice. Room clean. (Toilet flush not brilliant). Excellent singer on Friday (Colin Starr). All in all great value for money. Would go again. Good location- very handy for shops and amusements. A short bus ride away from Butlins and Fantasy Island.

Arrived at the hotel to find no-one manning the reception but when someone did arrive, they were polite and courteous, informing me exactly where my room was. short break with national holidays,stayed in twin room on top floor,it was quite small not much room to walk about,poor flush on toilet.Breakfast was good,dinner ok.Entertainment on friday was great.staff are friendly.Dont think i would stay there if going to Skegness again.
