Excellent booking via the phone. Lovely hotel & the room was immaculate, beating some 5 stars we've stayed in. Breakfast was A1. Rachel & Martin are friendly, helpful & go the extra mile to make the stay perfect. They even provided crockery, cutlery & a lounge to eat a takeaway in, even though there is a restraunt attached for evening... more

Truly helpful, nice, friendly staff/owners. Arriving, I had been told by a nice lady (who turned out to be the owner) that my room was just brand new. Ready to be used by me! An honour I hadn't been enjoyed before anywhere else. After this promising begining everything improved even more!! Decoration was simple, but nice. Room size appropiate Bathroom... more
