Good points - Central location. They allowed us to leave our car in their car park, for free, for one week even though we only booked one night. I have never been to a dirty,filthy place in all my life words cannot describe my experience, If I could have returned home on entering I would have. Waitress' unorganised, abusive had to report them to management. Must be avoided at all costs. more

we stayed here prior to a visit to the edinburgh tattooo which was excellent what a shame a once beautiful building has been left to go to ruin it was dirty the service was very slow the staff while doing their best had next to no training and to be fair to them were doing their best with no leadership.... more

The title is not an error, dirty rooms, curtains with holes in, toilet absolutley terrible, no towel rails, no toilet roll holder, shower head dangling, had to br propped up with spare towel, no lift except with a member of staff in attendance, threadbare carpets and stained, breakast items appeared to be the cheapest available and not really appetising.
