great place, clean spacious room, the staff where excellent so friendly and helpful , an all round great experience , would hightly reccomend and i am so fussy when it comes to bedding to down but rooms where immaculate, we had the cottage and it is gorgeous. more

We stayed at the Hotel for a few weeks and the staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The food is excellent, all the staff are friendly and I would go there every time I needed a hotel room in North Cumbria. I can not say anything bad about the Pinegrove Hotel. more

I found the hotel so impressive. It looked very small and basic on the outside but once i got in I was astounded at the hospitality, the cleanliness and the real homely feeling. It doesn't compare to the Hilton, a Hotel I usually stay in when i travel to Portugal, but it is most definately the best Hotel in Carlisle.... more
