We stayed at Willowbeck as a stopover on our drive from Aberdeen to Le Mans. When we arrived, Liz came out to greet us, showed us where we were staying and told us dinner would be ready in fifteen minutes. Willowbeck Lodge A fantastic stay - hidden away in the tiny village of Scotby, convenient for Carlisle & Hadrian’s wall etc. Willowbeck lodge is one of those once experienced never forgotten stays.
