Very enjoyable stay with lovely hosts - breakfast was delicious. Choices were above and beyond reasonable expectations for a b & b. Comfortable room and very clean, dont need much more. Probably being mean not giving a five but it is close! Parking could be an issue from Monday to Saturday 8-6pm.

A traditional B&B in central Bedford. Clean, tidy, warm, friendly & helpful service, very good breakfast, and very reasonable rates. Parking on the road might be an issue, as it is pay and display until 6pm, so I'd suggest not arriving too early. I'd recommend The Elms without hesitation.

We stayed here in September for 2 nights and thought it was very comfortable and very well run. When i arrived at The Elms Guesthouse Margaret greeted me and was very welcoming.My room was spotlessly clean + comfortable.The breakfast room+ other areas were airy and clean, breakfast excellent.Nice quiet convienient location for the town.Nothing seemed any trouble for them .Lovely hosts , I would definatly stay there again.Well done .

A real value for money without having to compromise on the quality. Lovely place in a beautiful street, very short walk from town centre so no need for the use of car or public transport-great! Well worth recommendation :)
