OK lets be clear it is a good essential hotel, good value for it's price. BUT BE CLEAR IT HAS ONE OR TWO "CARE" POINTS, which are relavent to specific guests. A very good detailed review. I am disappointed that we did not ring or contact you after you had left a comment card on check out of the hotel, I will try and find out why we did not contact you. The car park can accommodate 200 cars and when the hotel is full I do not have enough space...

This was undoubedly the worst place I have ever stayed!!!! The staff are friendly and the check in was efficient but that was it - the car parking is a joke as many cars are parked over 2 spaces. We have stayed in the cresta court many times. Usually at least twice a year before going on holiday as its only about a 10 min drive from the airport.After parking our car we checked in and went up to our room on the 1st floor - as soon as you openend the door the smell of smoke hit you!!... more
Thank you for your comments. I really wish that we could thicken the bedroom walls in all the bedrooms but it really is not possible with out a rebuild. Staying on a Friday or saturday night can get lively with the party nights and events we hiold each week. I can assure you any other day of the week finds...
