This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The food is, at best, inedible when the kitchen can be bothered to open. The rooms are dirty, with bed linen not even fitting the bed. This place comes across as a training centre for Faulty Towers. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! more

Its just shocking staying here. They treated people attending a function in priority to residents and when I complained they firstly ignored me and then lied to me with a whole load of excuses. The attitude of the entire company is stuck in the 1970's and I'm sure sleeping beside the A1 on the grass would be favourable to this.... more

Stayed here as attending wedding in Welwyn and was nearest hotel. Wish now that I had gone a bit further and spent a bit more to avoid the experience of the Quality Hotel!
