Very comfortable and very clean family room with double bed and bunk beds. Brilliant views over North Scarborough Bay. Very friendly & helpful hosts who also supplied an excellent breakfast each morning. Close to all of the town's attractions. Highly Recommended- one of the best Guest House experiences for us so far.

Stayed as a couple queens diamond jubilee bank holiday weekend 2 nights. Lovely location, nice walk down to sea front then into town. Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was lovely. Overall a very nice stay.

This was a last minute booking and we found it very welcoming with nice clean rooms, friendly owners and great breakfast. The family room we had overlooked the sea and was perfect for our needs, situated on the North Bay it was much quieter than other parts of town, we would highly recommend it to all.
