I stopped at the hotel for 2 nights whilst my husband was in Scarborough on business. We thought the room was very spacious and we especially loved the lighting in the bathroom. The manager and his assistant were particularly helpful as I had trouble with my computer. We are looking forward to returning for the New Years Eve celebrations. more

.........but the Crown has improved dramatically in the last 5 or 6. This year was the 3rd successive visit with a group of friends on an annual basis and the4th has already been booked. We are always very well looked after and generally find attentive and friiendly service at all levels. I acknowledge some of the points made by others.... more
