Myself , daughter and grandaughter have just enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights stay here. We had a family room which was most comfortable and spotlessly clean. We stayed here for two nights and the staff where very friendly and helpful. The family room was a good size and clean. Our little girl enjoyed the swimming pool and the food in the bar was excellent and a good place to escape from the crowds on the seafront. If we stay again in Scarborough we would stay here.

Wonderful Hotel with really helpful and friendly staff especially Dave in the bar who always remembers your name and makes you laugh. The bar snacks and meals are fantastic, coleslaw best ever. Having stayed at this hotel many times and returned due to excellent value for money, on this occasion despite reporting the problem many times we had no hot water for three days. Compensation amounted to complimentary bed and breakfast for one night out of season.

It was a last minute booking of a single room, bed and breakfast for 2 nights my reservation taken over the tlephone by a friendly receptionist at a rate of £75 per night.
