just returned from the grand all the above reviews are true we had disabled room 208 lovely big room full of cobwebs but bathroom what a joke cant get wheelchair passed the shower cubicle to get to the toilet` plus it was filthy . management sort it out its a disgrace

We stayed in one of the four turrets and it was really lovely. The views were amazing. The hotel takes you back in time with its beautiful staircase and rooms. The history of what the hotel is based on is great.
