My wife and I spent one night here while exploring Scarborough. The hotel's in a pretty good location. It's about a ten-minute walk to the train station, and another ten minutes to the beach. This puts it in what seemed to be a mostly residential neighborhood (with a few larger hotels up the street), so you're out of the crowds... more

I booked this hotel for my aunt and uncles diamond wedding present. They report they had a brilliant time. Everyone was very kind and looked after them very well. I asked for a ground floor room and that is what they got. Both had a very happy and enjoyable week there and said they would go back again more

Stayed for two nights, Monday & Tuesday 13th and 14th July. Check in was fine. We went up to the third floor in the lift. We would not recommend the hotel to anyone, I t is a bad state and requires urgent refurbishment, windows were cracked, unable to open them in case they fell out.
