We had a 4 night stay at the whiteley during the cricket festival, the service was warm and friendly and we met many regulars who have been staying for years. They couldn't praise the hotel enough, after our first breakfast we could see why. A well cooked full english breakfast certainly set us up for the day. Comfortable, Firendly, warm... more

We found this hotel lacking in friendly customer service and not worthy of the 4 stars it displayed. Bedrooms were tiny with not even enough space to open a suitcase on the floor. Showers were also tiny with barely enough room to move. Staff were not very helpful and felt it necessary to stare and stand over us while eating... more
