Stayed 2 nights may bank holiday weekend in a great position had the family room no 3 with a lovely sea view,spacious and comfy, we paid £130 for 2 nights didn't have breakfast.but that could be added for £4?if required.A pleasant stay.

We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom just across the corridor from our room. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Bath with sea view. Tea making facilities replenished each morning. Clean towels daily. Friendly atmosphere. Close to town centre and local attractions.

The hotel was clean and tidy with its own car park. A short walk from the beach and a few minutes walk from central Scarborough. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is an optional extra but was great value. Would definately stay again.

After arriving on a cold and very windy day, it was wonderful to be welcomed by Duane. The hotel has all the facilities needed for a weekend break and is situated with breathtaking views of North beach, close to the town centre and attractions. A definate return.
