We recently spent 5 nights in a lovely farmhouse B&B in a rural location just outside Scarborough. Our hosts Owen and Karen couldn't do enough for us and served us an excellent breakfast each morning. Our room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of tea,coffee,milk etc. We hope to be back next year.

Booked an overnight stay at short notice. Tranquil surroundings, and Karen and Owen were personable, friendly and offered a warm welcome. The rooms were pristine and importantly, the bed very comfortable. A good breakfast in a sunny room with nice view of the garden.

We spent three nights in a superior double room,the bathroom was as big as the bedroom which also included a shower ,every litle detail was thought off,red and white wine with nibbles and chocs,biscuits,ample tea and coffee,fluffy white dressing gowns,even a hot water bottle. This was our first time at a B&B, we stumbled across it by chance. It was fantastic. Beautiful, quite surrounds with farm animals and ducks nearby. Karen and Owen were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The bedroom and bathroom well and truly exceeded expectations. If I didn't live in Australia, I would make a regular visit. Highly recommended.

The rooms are large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The quality of the bed linen is high and the toiletries provided are of good quality. Breakfast is extremely good!
