I booked online a two night stay at the Easyhotel Luton in November. When we arrived after a tiring 20 hour trip from Japan (at 4.30 am Tokyo time), we were suprised to find that there was no hot water in the room. I went to reception to get a change of room and was told that there was a... more

We stayed here as we had an early flight from luton in the morning, it was easy to find and there is free car park in the arndale centre from 6pm until 8am so great with us. Yes, the room was very basic with a small pod for the bathroom and toilet. There is quite a nice restaurant next door... more

stayed here on the november as had an early flight the next day. Arrived to check in only to be totally ignored for half hour. Were given a room with no window which was clean, however the constant noise from the railway station nearby made it difficult to sleep. The hotel absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke (apparently the hotel is... more

This hotel might be alright if you know what to expect from it. The room where I stayed was really small and basic. No wardrobes, no tables... just a bed, a tv (not working unless you rent the remote) and a bathroom (as big as the room). Of course, for that price (£27 per night, 2 person) you can't pretend... more

If you bear in mind that I paid just £29 for two people I was not expecting too much. My criteria was clean, plenty of hot water and close to the airport. What I got was room 202 it had a very large double bed, a wall mounted TV with integrated alarm clock and a 6 x 6 wet room.... more

warm cosy and quiet...what more could you want. A shower too with shampoo and shower gel dispenser. Really friendly staff. Internet room with drinks machines. Super clean and comfy bed! LCD telly also if you want to pay more to watch it. Right by the station and costs about £6 for a taxi from the airport. FAB! My 4 year... more

I should have slept in the airport, it would have been quieter! Stayed here one night to be close to Luton airport for an early morning flight to Paris. Thought I was being smart saving money by staying at this budget hotel. Not only do you get what you pay for, sometimes you get even less. The only plus was... more

I stayed here twice - at either end of a holiday and it offers good, clean, basic accomodation at value for money prices. Staff were friendly and check in was straightforward - great after a long day of travelling. The only gripe I have was that when I went up to my room on the return journey, the door was... more

Room is unbelievably small. They are not joking when they say rooms are basic. just a bed with a paper thin pillow & they charge you for extra bed linen. payed extra for a tv remote and sky kept losing signal. also payed extra for a window that would'nt open. this hotel is ok if you're a hamster! more

The title of this is quite literally ALL you get. If you want TV you need to pay for it. I arrived with very low expecations. I left with them having been raised a lot! Spotlessly clean, and a big smile from the Receptionist. No window in my room so if you want one, make sure you request in advance... more
